Conrad Gargett has contributed to the reactivation of the Beenleigh Town Centre in the City of Logan in Queensland. In walkable proximity to the Beenleigh Town Square, the practice has prepared architectural concepts for the $19 million mixed-use development to be delivered at 96-98 York Street Beenleigh.The multi-story development offers 4000sqm commercial space with ground floor retail.
The design solution activates street frontages and delivers a thoroughfare link with bespoke retail spaces evoking fine grain laneway design attributes to improve the amenity and attraction of the immediate local area in the town.
InvestLogan, an independent investment company fully-owned by the Logan City Council, is delivering the catalytic infrastructure on a site that was previously owned by the council. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2019, with projected completion in 2020.
