About the project
The Queensland Children’s Hospital (QCH) Level 12 Fitout project focused on shelled space available on Level 12 at the Hospital. A redesign of the shelled area of Level 12a allowed for a 29 bed option, rather than the original 24 bed layout.
The project also included an upgrade of the oncology bedrooms on Level 11, palliative care room and the teaching space and Library on Level 7.
The Fitout provided additional capacity to Children’s Health Queensland (CHQ) at the hub of tertiary services for children and young people across the State.
