About the Project
Conrad Gargett (formally MSJ) completed the master plan feasibility and full documentation of the Coffs Harbour Hospital Redevelopment. The Hospital will provide Critical Care services in a new building connected to the existing hospital though a series of courts and bridge links enabling the re use and revitalisation of the existing facilities.
The design necessitated a reassessment of the siting and access to the Coffs Harbour campus and was challenged by the flooding implications of the existing campus.
CPB acting as the Construction managers in conjunction with Conrad Gargett (formally MSJ) have expedited the build using POD ensuites, precast concrete slabs and an innovative modular façade system Expansion and enhancement of existing surgical services and operating theatres, a new short stay surgical unit, an orthopedic and vascular unit as well as expanded ambulatory and community health services.
