About the project
The redevelopment of the 7 Combat Service Support Battalion (7CSSB) Headquarters was delivered as part of the major redevelopment of Enoggera Barracks under the $700m Enhanced Land Force Stage 2B Program which Conrad Gargett delivered in a joint venture with BVN.
7CCSB provides second line combat service support to 7th Brigade and other designated units. The master plan looked to minimise the impact of the existing operational structure (or lines) by optimising left over or underutilised zones and surgically adding additions to increase the life of existing faciltiies. The new Headquarters of 7CSR is three storey contemporary commercial office building designed to simultaneously reflect the robustness and discipline of the military whilst responding to contemporary office requirements of flexibility, adaptability and natural ventilation.
