A collaborative and influential project and design lead, Harm seeks to unite and motivate teams to draw out their best and seize design opportunities.
As a Principal of Conrad Gargett, Harm pursues extraordinary, people-centred design outcomes. Joining the practice in 2007, he contributes a wealth of design and project leadership experience, working with diverse clientele to develop highly regarded designs of various type and scale. He has earned a reputation for industry-leading expertise in the health sector, but is passionate about all facets of architecture. Harm finds value in a life of inquiry and learning. He graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1982 and has received his doctorate for his research on designing for flexibility in hospitals. He continues to immerse himself in knowledge-sharing and academic discovery through lecturing in Design, Construction, Technology and Professional Studies at Queensland University of Technology.
