Dale is an acclaimed designer and Principal with Conrad Gargett, joining the practice through a merger in 2013 after building a prolific 30-year career as a Design Director with Ancher Mortlock Woolley. Dale has been responsible for a large and diverse portfolio of work, including a number of iconic, award-winning designs that have featured in Australian and international publications. He is particularly skilled in master planning, urban design and architectural design, and is highly experienced in project leadership across a variety of sectors. Dale promotes the art of architecture and endeavours to transform every brief and building programme into meaningful, considered works of architecture. Each project is undertaken with a high degree of creativity and rigour to achieve design excellence. His expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons 1) and a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects, has participated in a number of domestic and international competitions, and has been invited to serve on numerous design juries, including the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney.
