Dale promotes the art of architecture and endeavours to transform every brief and building programme into meaningful, considered works of architecture.
Dale is an acclaimed designer and Principal with Conrad Gargett, joining the practice through a merger in 2013 after building a prolific 30-year career as a Design Director with Ancher Mortlock Woolley. Dale has been responsible for a large and diverse portfolio of work, including a number of iconic, award-winning designs that have featured in Australian and international publications. He is particularly skilled in master planning, urban design and architectural design, and is highly experienced in project leadership across a variety of sectors. Each project is undertaken with a high degree of creativity and rigour to achieve design excellence. His expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons 1) and a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects, has participated in a number of domestic and international competitions, and has been invited to serve on numerous design juries, including the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney.
