Nick Gonsalves finalist in International Young Architects’ Ideas Awards Design Competition
Congratulations to Sydney architect, Nick Gonsalves who has been selected as a finalist in the 2017 International Young Architects’ Ideas Awards Design Competition. Nick will travel to Antalya, Turkey to present his design on the 19th May. The competition asked participants to develop ideas for a contemporary library together with ideas for regenerating urban voids.
“It is an honour to be selected as a finalist in an ideas competition that offers participants the chance to explore ideas for urban and social issues, and to travel internationally to present at a forum of young architects from around the world”, he said.
Nick has previously claimed first prize in 2013, and third prize in 2016 in the International Young Architects’ Ideas Awards Design Competition. Conrad Gargett congratulates Nick on his success.
