Construction begins on Victorian Heart Hospital

Victorian Heart Hospital

Located in the Clayton campus of Monash University, this is Australia’s first hospital dedicated solely to cardiac care.

By creating a welcoming and approachable environment for all users, the hospital will become a valuable place within the context of the university campus and the wider community.

The design for the hospital will accommodate 206 beds , an emergency department, cardiac catheterisation labs, specialist surgical and imaging facilities and tele-medicine services for Victorian, interstate and international patients.
