As our practice continues to grow, so too does our leadership team, with Managing Director, Lawrence Toaldo, recently announcing a raft of new senior appointments.

Amanda Oates has been appointed to the role of Principal in recognition of her leadership on several large-scale and complex health and defence projects including the Coffs Harbour Hospital Expansion and Cairns Base Hospital Redevelopment.

“Amanda demonstrates exceptional project management expertise as well as communication and problem soliving skills, that are imperative on these large-scale projects,” said Lawrence.

Ben List has also been promoted to the role of Principal for his contribution to the practice’s heritage team, where he has lead several projects including the delivery of the base building works for four highly significant heritage buildings within the Queens Wharf Development in Brisbane.

“Ben is extremely skilled at uncovering the stories behind buildings and finding new compatible uses, which is an area of growing importance, particularly in relation to environmental and economic sustainability,” said Lawrence.

Conrad Gargett has also appointed three new Senior Associates: Tamarind Taylor, Katrina Tolhurst and Natalie Wise, along with eleven new Associates: Richard Lamas, Claire Schofield, Gene Raciti, Romina Richardson, Amanda Chan, Phoebe Thomas, Shannon Wall, Hayley Kastelein, Leila Allbrook, Charles Rowe, Salman Muhammad and Damon O’Keefe.

“Congratulations to our newly appointed senior leaders which recognise the incredible depth of talent within the practice and our ability to offer industry leading expertise and leadership,” said Lawrence.
