308 Queen Street, former Queensland National Bank
A Conservation Management Plan was undertaken for the former Queensland National Bank headquarters (1882-5) which included the development of conservation policies for guiding the future changes to the building and the development of the site. Full heritage architectural services were then completed for the conservation, refurbishment and adaptive reuse of the heritage listed building including measured drawings, condition report, and full design, documentation and administration of the works (excluding new NAB tenancy layout).
The project was undertaken in association with Donovan Hill, who were the architects for the tower adjoining the heritage listed chambers building.
